And just like in LA, San Francisco has it’s own chocolate salon.

They asked me to be a judge again and companies from all over sent me chocolate to judge. I didn’t want to post a video of me sitting and reviewing all that chocolate…it took me 5+ hours (straight) tasting chocolate to get through them all. And after that, yes there is a point where there is too much chocolate.

But I made a little video for you about the experience. Enjoy.

As you may have heard, we’ve been invited to be a panelist/speaker at the LA Chocolate Salon on Oct 11th in LA.

As part of the deal they are allowing us to giveaway 2 tickets to the event.

We need to submit winners by today. Which means CONTEST TIME. A super short contest limited to today. No rules (meaning if you’ve won something before you can win again). Please note that the Chocolate Salon is in LA and you must live in LA or be willing to get yourself to LA for the event (ie we got not cash to pay for your travel). We want to make sure we are giving the tickets to people who will come. They include admission to the event, chocolate and wine tastings all day. In addition you can come out and see Andrew host a panel with Timothy Childs from TCHO (see MiYP 10 – TCHO)

In this episode we take a special trip up to San Francisco and find a little chocolate company called TCHO. They are blending chocolate and technology. We meet some great people and get an inside look at the company and factory. Oh yeah, we taste some chocolate as well.
