They asked me to be a judge again and companies from all over sent me chocolate to judge. I didn’t want to post a video of me sitting and reviewing all that chocolate…it took me 5+ hours (straight) tasting chocolate to get through them all. And after that, yes there is a point where there is too much chocolate.

But I made a little video for you about the experience. Enjoy.

Life is busy and sadly this show doesn’t pay the bills… (yet).

I have one more cool thing to announce this week. I’ve been asked to be a speaker/panelist for the LA International Chocolate Salon. This event happens on Oct 11th 2009 and I will be there presenting about the show and I guess judging chocolate. How cool is that?!?!?

Never fear we will be back in a week with brand new episodes and of course more chocolate.

One area that has bugged me from the start is the whole editing process and the exporting of a movie into the final form. I’ve been learning tons as I go along and am extremely thankful for those individuals who have been willing to take me under their wings and teach me, even little things at a time. A heartfelt thank you to all of you. That being said, I just learned some new things that should vastly improve the overall look and quality of the picture that you will be seeing. I will go back and re-edit 007 for you to enjoy, though I will most likely leave the previous episodes as they are for time reasons. Hopefully from here on out things will look a lot better. I also hope to make use of a camera man more often to give even more depth and scope to the show. I couldn’t do this alone and appreciate every person who has helped along the way.

Stay tuned for improvements, I hope every episode is better than the last.

The plan as of now is to produce two shows a week for a Tuesday and a Thursday release.
