Each contest will be announced during an episode, on the website, via twitter, on the facebook fan page or any combination of these. Each contest may have it’s own set of rules and/or qualifications, please refer to the individual contest for more details. Each participant must fully comply with all the stated rules for each contest in order to be eleigible for the prize. Participants may only win once every 30 (thirty) days. All results are final and at the sole discrection of the judges.

Regarding shipment of prizes: Melts In Your Pocket (MiYP) does not guarentee the quality of a product. MiYP will take reasonable precautions in hopes that the prize will be received in optimal conditon but cannot be held responsible for unforseen circumstances.
