  1. I know it’s *totally* cliché – but I love the cable cars in San Francisco…

  2. I am obsessed with bridges and so I love driving over the golden gate bridge into san francisco

i was just in Berkeley for a month and we took 400 high school students to Fisherman’s Wharf for the day. Talk about an interesting day!

My favorite place in San Francisco is up by the Hostel at Ft. Mason where there are old cannons from the Civil War era and you can see the Bay Bridge, Golden Gate bridge, and Alcatraz from one vantage point. I guess that’s why they put cannons there to defend the bay in case the South decided to try and attack the west coast during the war.

  4. Matt says:

    Russian Hill.

  5. KC says:

    Nice dude!

  6. [...] We need to submit winners by today. Which means CONTEST TIME. A super short contest limited to today. No rules (meaning if you’ve won something before you can win again). Please note that the Chocolate Salon is in LA and you must live in LA or be willing to get yourself to LA for the event (ie we got not cash to pay for your travel). We want to make sure we are giving the tickets to people who will come. They include admission to the event, chocolate and wine tastings all day. In addition you can come out and see Andrew host a panel with Timothy Childs from TCHO (see MiYP 10 – TCHO) [...]
